The form below allows you to submit an Oligo Design job with tuneable parameters. When the form is submitted, a job ID will be returned. Once the calculations have completed, the design data will be available to download, and an image of the designs will be displayed. Leave empty to design the sequences as given. Enter the two ends of the linearized vector and every sequence is designed as vector 3' end + sequence + vector 5' end, the way it reads once the vector closes. One vector for the whole design, so the oligos covering its ends are shared by every sequence, and the primers sit on the vector rather than on the sequences.
